Hello sasha, no problem with the language. I have noticed these translators work best between english and other languages. And what a nice machine you have made! Very fine solutions, like that snow thrower combined to scoop. I have to take more time to look the thread through. Thank you for the link. |

1. The hydraulics has a double gear pump with 10,6 cm3 part which is connected for driving and with a flow divider it can be used also for other rotating equipments like snow thrower. Another half of the double pump is 6 cm3 and it is connected to cylinder usage. 2. Each wheel has 250 cm3 "normal" hydraulic motor. If I would change something, I would choose 200cm3 to get a little bit more driving speed. Both sides are connected in series and those series are then connected in parallel. Those motor types can be connected in series without a need of drainage line. Motors are controlled with a normal direction control valve which is normally used with cylinders. That way I don't need separate brakes. This direction control valve is operated by foot pedal via a simple linkage. Before this valve there is also that flow divider which can be used also for speed control, but usually I keep it totally open and control the speed with foot pedal. Another end of this flow divider I have connected to the rotating equipment. The hydraulic pump is then before the flow divider. 3. I have been very satisfied for the usability of the machine with one pedal. Especially when you are doing something where you are moving back and forward all the time in a small area. No need for changing gears and pressing clutch all the time. 4. I ordered the wheels from USA from Surplus Center internet store. My friend was having a bigger lot of stuff coming in a container so I got the transportation arranged for free For sure these are available from European internet shops also. Hi tlapio. Thanks for the reply and for the link. A lot of new things I learned. I already understood that the hydraulic actuator has undeniable merits on tractors. I will do the same.
I want to clarify, in your theme describes several similar tractors or evolution one?

In this thread there is the evolution of this one machine only. First I made it as a towable excavator, but after a while I modified it so that it was moving with its own motor. At the moment it can be used either as a 360 degrees rotating excavator or as loader. Both tools have their own control valve units which can be connecter with quick couplers to the machine. The problem with hydraulic's is that the components are expensive, but the advantage is that the constructions are easier while there are not so many mechanical linkages, gears etc. needed to be done. Please keep us posted about your progress. Maybe you could even open your own thread here?. Many of us Finns understand english and there is always this google translator. And the more photo's the better  Good luck with your build. |

Tavaroiden järjestelyä Tuossa huulilevyssä oleva 12 mm reikä on osottautunut hyvinkin käteväksi ripustuspaikaksi. Kauhomiskäytössä reikä menee umpeen saman tien ja on helppo tökätä auki. Meininki olis tehdä huuleen muutama reikä lisää ja rakentaa jonkunlainen erillinen saranasysteemi. Sitä vois sitten käyttää esimerkiksi trukkipiikkien kärjessä piikkien päällä olevan kauhan kippaamiseen kaivinkonekäytössä. Kippauksen vois tehrä kaivuukauhalla nostamalla.  |
